Paul brings a wide range of experience in law, in business, and as a senior corporate executive to advising and serving his clients. In addition to the practice of law, Paul has had the benefit of two tenures at The TDL Group Ltd. (Tim Hortons), first as General Counsel during the company’s formative years, and more recently as Vice-President Corporate Development just prior to the merger with Wendy’s Restaurants. He has also served as General Counsel to Kmart Canada Limited and as National Director of Real Estate for McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada Limited. Throughout his business career, Paul has gained hands on experience in the acquisition, development, leasing and financing of both commercial and residential real estate.

The result of this varied experience is a pragmatic, cost effective approach to the practice of law together with a heightened sensitivity and awareness to the complexities and legal challenges facing today's residential and commercial real estate client.
