Paul has acted for most major financial institutions ( RBC, Scotiabank/BNS, TD Canada Trust, BMO, Resmor Trust, Exceed Mortgage Corp, Maple Trust, Home Trust, Regency Trust ) in mortgage transactions. While at Tim Hortons he revised its franchise agreement to keep pace with then current law as well as the practicalities of the business. He has negotiated and drafted leases and various commercial documents for the major corporations for which he has worked.
